This Application and Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation by eligible U.S. high schools (“High School”) in the Dow Jones Donation Program, which provides a complimentary one-year digital subscription to The Wall Street Journal at (WSJ.com) and/or MarketWatch at (MarketWatch.com) (collectively, the “Subscription”) for the purpose of promoting financial literacy education.

Please complete the information below and submit this Agreement to Dow Jones & Company, Inc. (“Dow Jones”). Submission of this Agreement does not obligate Dow Jones to accept High School into the Donation Program: acceptance is in Dow Jones’ sole discretion. If Dow Jones accepts High School’s application, Dow Jones will notify High School, and upon such notification, this Agreement will become binding. The Subscription term will commence on the day of Dow Jones’ acceptance notification and will terminate twelve (12) months thereafter.

Dow Jones is under no obligation to extend an offer, and extension of an offer to participate in the Donation Program is in Dow Jones’s sole discretion. By submitting this Application electronically, I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the High School referenced above is an accredited High School in the United States and that the information provided herein is true and correct and that I am authorized to submit this Application on behalf of my High School.
