What does Operation HOPE look for in their team members?

At Operation HOPE these are all a given. Our employees are change agents, innovators, creative thinkers, and tireless advocates who help our clients either directly by working in key coaching and support roles or indirectly through their efforts to ensure that we continually provide the best possible resources, services, and programs that benefit, our clients, partners, volunteers, donors, colleagues, and the communities we serve. We welcome people with a “pay it forward” mentality. Understanding the gift is in giving each person the necessary tools to be successful.

Do I have to have a background in finance to join Operation HOPE?

No! We look primarily for people who embody our values and are able to educate, coach, and connect with others. Of course, if you have a financial background, we are happy to have that skill set – but it is not a requirement to be a coach or any other position at Operation HOPE.
