Jan Williams
SVP, Human Resources
As SVP of Human Resources, Jan is a fiscally responsible Human Resources professional, dedicated to empowering through knowledge and providing innovative human resources support to Operation HOPE.
Jan joined Operation HOPE in November 2020. Jan has 28 years of progressive human resources experience. She has maintained a “generalist’ background that encompasses core competencies in compliance, compensation & benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management and leverages her experience to support Operation HOPE objectives. Jan’s experience has afforded her the opportunity to provide human resources support for organizations within the US and abroad. Jan started her career in accounting, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from CSU.
As a native of Cleveland Ohio, Jan and her family moved to Atlanta in 1994. She has 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters, including a set of twins. She has 4 wonderful grandchildren, 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
She is an avid reader and a huge sports fan, supporting NE Ohio teams and a “Scarlet & Gray” the Ohio State Buckeyes.
