Who is this program for?

This program is available to:
Pfizer employees applying for employee assistance grants, and Pfizer employees within the Pfizer Global Supply organization.
Participation supports employees seeking structured financial guidance as part of their overall wellbeing.

What does the program include?

  • One-on-one financial coaching provided by two dedicated Operation HOPE Financial Wellbeing Coaches
  • Coaching topics may include budgeting, money management, and financial planning
  • Coaches are knowledgeable about Pfizer benefit programs and collaborate with other vendors and providers as needed
  • Referrals to additional resources when appropriate
  • A Certificate of Completion upon engagement in the coaching curriculum
Employees may present the Certificate of Completion to the Pfizer Employee Assistance Committee as part of eligibility for Pfizer grants or loans.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to participating employees. The program is fully funded by Pfizer.
