General Media Release Agreement

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Operation HOPE to take and use photographs, motion pictures, video footage, and electronic sound recordings of me and/or to use photographs or videos I have provided (herein referred to as “General Media”).

I authorize the use of any such General Media for any purpose, including, but not limited to educational and other public media, including social media, as may be deemed appropriate by Operation HOPE. I understand that I may be identifiable from such use of the General Media.

I understand there will be no financial or other compensation for the use of the General Media regardless of when the General Media is used or when it was obtained.

I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in the General Media in whatever form it may be used.
