Brandon Riley

SVP, Program Operations

As the Senior Vice President of the Program Operations division at Operation HOPE, Brandon Riley leads with a passion for empowering communities.  With oversight of key programs including HOPE Inside, HOPE Inside the Workplace, Disaster, and Youth and Young Adult initiatives nationwide, Brandon brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record.

In his previous role as Senior Director, Brandon successfully managed large teams and cultivated partnerships with industry giants like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Truist, contributing to a partnership valued at over $25 million. Under Brandon’s leadership, his team graduated over 500 small business clients, helped established over 430 businesses through Operation HOPE Business Development Program, and facilitated clients in securing over $27 million in access to capital. Before joining Operation HOPE, Brandon served as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Stonecrest, overseeing the acquisition of 11 parks spanning 420 acres and leading a significant $1 million dollar restoration project.

Hailing from Lithonia, Georgia, Brandon’s commitment to community development started during his college days at Alcorn State University. His professional journey began as an Athletic Academic Adviser at Georgia State University, where he earned his master’s in Sports Management, and he later became the Associate Director of College and Career Development for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta.

Brandon’s a proud graduate of Leadership DeKalb class of 2019 and is happily married to his wife Jennifer and a devoted father to his two sons Brandon Jr and Jackson. Brandon believes as a team, Operation HOPE will continue making a positive impact and creating opportunities for success.
