Celebrating One Year of The HOPE Insider

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Operation HOPE embarked on a bold journey: to become a thought leader in research-based insights into the financial wellbeing of many Americans. We launched our first national survey of all clients, with more than 3,500 participating. Since then, we’ve released the same questions each quarter to track long-term trends, with additional questions each round that take the pulse of current issues. Additionally, in the third quarter of 2024 we released the option to take the survey in Spanish to create better inclusion for our Spanish-speaking clients.

With the newest data from the fourth quarter of 2024, we are pleased to share a whole-year snapshot of how our clients have felt about their financial wellbeing, economic factors, and housing and business trends. Below are the most interesting year-over-year insights.
