FICO Score A Better Future Program

FICO and Operation HOPE are working together to connect consumers nationwide with trusted credit education and personalized support. Through FICO Score A Better Future, participants can strengthen their understanding of credit and take practical steps toward their financial goals. Eligible participants can enroll in Operation HOPE’s free Digital Client Experience to access one-on-one financial coaching, credit and money management guidance, and additional resources. Coaching is provided by trained Operation HOPE Financial Wellbeing Coaches.

Who is this program for?

This program is available to:
Individuals nationwide who want to better understand credit and improve their overall financial health, including participants in FICO Score A Better Future events. 

What does the program include?

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to participants. The services are funded through FICO's partnership with Operation HOPE.

Will I be judged for my situation?

Coaching is provided by Operation HOPE, separately from FICO. Participation is voluntary, coaches do not make lending decisions or guarantee credit outcomes, and personal information is handled through Operation HOPE's standard privacy and program processes.

Do I need a certain credit score to participate? 

No. The program is designed to meet participants where they are. 

Will coaching be virtual or in person? 

Virtual coaching is available nationwide. In-person availability depends on the participant's location.Â
