What We Do

HOPE Inside

Launched in March 1994, the award-winning HOPE Inside model serves clients including individuals, small business owners, disaster survivors and employees with personalized coaching and financial education to equip them with knowledge and tools to create a secure future. Programs and services are offered at no cost to the client and are administered across more than 200 office locations, which serve an additional 600 satellite sites. HOPE Inside locations are situated inside major bank branches to support individuals and small business owners.

HOPE Inside the Workplace

Delivers credit and money management counseling services to employees through employer wellness programs. It can be implemented individually, or supplement an existing employee benefit.

1 Million Black Businesses

We aim to start, grow, and scale 1 million black businesses by 2030 to provide a successful path to wealth creation for the black community.

2022 Impacts

  • 257k+ businesses signed up, engaged, and supported
  • 30k Hours of professional services volunteered
  • Engaged with over 8% of all black business in the US
  • Connected small businesses to over $26M in lending capital

Financial Literacy for All

A national initiative to embed financial literacy into American culture, led by a prominent group of leaders from the business, sports, entertainment and nonprofit sectors. This 10-year initiative will reach millions of youth and working adults by making financial literacy fun, engaging them where they live, work and celebrate.
