Operation HOPE is proud to welcome the newest member of our team, Ms. Jan Williams. Jan is the new Director of Human Resources and has previously worked with is excited to be a part of a nonprofit with such a strong mission. She comes to us with more than 25 years experience as a Human Resources professional, working with companies such as Deloitte & Touche. She is excited to transition into the non-profit world and providing support and impact for Operation HOPE and our work with financial dignity and empowerment.

She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Accounting.  

Jan is happily married to her husband for 36 years and is the proud mother of five children, (twins) three sons and two daughters, and is the grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren, one grand daughter and two grandsons.  

As a fun fact, Jan is a huge sports fan. She’s unequivocally supports the Browns, Buckeyes, Cavaliers & Indians.  In her downtime, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and taking care of her family and friends.
