Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, and Senior Advisor to the Office of the Chairman, Operation HOPE

Rachael Doff is a seasoned executive leader and strategist who has dedicated over three decades to advancing economic empowerment through operational excellence. She currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, and Senior Advisor to the Office of the Chairman at Operation HOPE, the nation’s preeminent nonprofit focused on financial literacy and economic inclusion.

Since joining Operation HOPE in April 1993, Doff has played an integral role in its evolution from a bold startup in South Central Los Angeles to a nationally recognized leader for economic dignity. Working alongside Founder and Chairman John Hope Bryant, she has helped steer the organization through pivotal growth phases, building scalable systems and infrastructure while remaining deeply grounded in HOPE’s mission of uplifting underserved communities.

As Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor, Doff operates as a key executive decision-maker. She serves as a trusted strategist and principal liaison for the Chairman, coordinating internal priorities, advancing leadership alignment, and managing the daily rhythm of the Office of the Chairman. Her presence ensures operational clarity, strategic continuity, and execution at the highest levels.

In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, Doff oversees a wide range of organizational functions, including administrative operations, human resources, executive communications, and board governance. She is widely regarded for her ability to harmonize people, processes, and priorities—building the internal muscle required to deliver on ambitious national initiatives such as HOPE Inside and Financial Literacy for All.

Doff’s leadership style is rooted in service, structure, and empathy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and brings a unique human-centered lens to her executive work. Her academic training enhances her approach to organizational health, team dynamics, and thoughtful leadership.
